Rebalancing Bodywork sessions are a method of deep relaxation, healing, balance and relaxation through the body.
This method is a highly structured and scientific body-therapy, using deep-tissue massage, supporting us to come back into balance with ourself. Rebalancing is a simple way to reconnect with your body and its natural grace.

We use deep tissue massage, breath and body awareness to:
- release stress and eventual chronic pain
- relax tensions
- becoming aware and befriending physical, emotional patterns and learning a new approach towards our body

Neeten (Manfred Hendrich) is a Certified trainer in Rebalancing since 1994.
Neeten is also trained in Massage Neoreichian body work, Reflexology, and Ayurvedic Yoga massage.

Editor: How does Rebalancing compare to classical massage?
Hendrich: We do not treat the symptom of a person rather the whole individual. We see the symptom as a friend who helps one to get well. We work very individually. As well as deep tissue work and joint release, we add when needed, elements such as posture training breath work or meditation.
